We will carry out the following duties:

  • Deal with questions queries complaints etc from residents and others
  • Employ and supervise contractors for routine services e.g. cleaning, window cleaning and grounds maintenance of all communal areas
  • Maintain a regular inspection programme of all communal areas of the buildings
  • Obtain tenders and supervise major works
  • Hold meetings with your Directors and/or Resident Committee to discuss the management of your Development
  • Maintain accounts and collect service charges
  • Insuring the Block(s) including Third Party and Public Liability cover
