We will carry out the following duties:
- Deal with questions queries complaints etc from residents and others
- Employ and supervise contractors for routine services e.g. cleaning, window cleaning and grounds maintenance of all communal areas
- Maintain a regular inspection programme of all communal areas of the buildings
- Obtain tenders and supervise major works
- Hold meetings with your Directors and/or Resident Committee to discuss the management of your Development
- Maintain accounts and collect service charges
- Insuring the Block(s) including Third Party and Public Liability cover
